How to use a nicotine pouch
Four steps, about a minute to learn. No smoke, no vapour, nothing to spit.
-
Open the can
Twist the lid and take out a single pouch.
-
Tuck it in
Place it between your upper lip and gum.
-
Leave it be
A slight tingle is normal and settles quickly.
20–60 min -
Bin it
Use the compartment in the lid, then throw it away.
New to pouches? Start with a lower strength and work up. Milligram figures are not directly comparable between brands, so a 10mg pouch from one can feel stronger than another.

Review of Nordic Pouch NZ on TrustpilotIncredible combo of service and price
Shem and the team are always happy to help. I’ve had an issue or two, and Shem is so prompt at providing assistance..even when it’s just me being a muppet. This is the only place I’ll buy my pouches from, given the excellent combo of price and service. I’ve also personally recommended them to my friends, I’m so confident they’ll be taken care of.
Review of Nordic Pouch NZ on TrustpilotGoodbye vaping in 2026
I don’t write many reviews but I had to do it for the team running this show. Absolute legends. I have been a chain smoker for 15 years, quit smoking for vaping which ran for the next 5. Honestly, It is such an expensive habit. Then I came across Nordicpouch. I am one of those who has tried everything haha. I ordered on boxing day and my order arrived prior to new years. Exactly the experience which made me write this.

Review of Nordic Pouch NZ on TrustpilotNordic Pouch and Shem for the WIN!!!
I’ve only recently tried nicotine pouches to help me get off the vapes. I smoked for 29 years, and have vaped the last 10, and these pouches are the first non inhalable nic replacement that has even come close to satisfying my cravings. With all the flavors to choose from you’re bound to find one that works for you. These guys are quick to reply to messages, and even hooked me up with a couple extra tins when they didn’t have one I’d ordered.
Review of Nordic Pouch NZ on TrustpilotAbove and beyond
Excellent, amazing, top fricken notch, customer service provided by Shem. He answered ALL of my exhausting questions with patience and humour and has a gigantic knowledge base to learn from. The website itself is extremely easy to navigate and overall I’ve had a great experience. Shipping was also unparalleled 👌
